Who Slapped You Silly?

I recently had the shock of my life.  I had no idea that I was considered a pain in the ass. HA!  Imagine that!  Okay so I knew.  Just because you have no desire to deal with nonsense and foolishness, you should not automatically be branded a pain in the ass.  I come from a humble background and was not a child of privilege.  I was also a single parent, so I know that things aren't always easy.  However, there is just no excuse for stupidity.

Living life and observing things going on, it seems that stupidity has taken over our culture, our children, our bosses, our parents, our friends, our whole damn society.  What the heck?  Who led this revolution into stunted intelligence?  Stupidity is an immersion into a lifestyle of immaturity.  Mature people grow and challenge stupidity.  We're all born intelligent curious creatures.  That's the way God designed us.   Depending upon whose hands you end up in, it changes everything.  Bad parenting, bad teachers, troubled siblings, unsavory friends or acquaintances and a host of other influences can change the course of our lives.

In order to stay in stupidity, somewhere along the way, you have to embrace it, wear it like a sweater and immerse yourself.  Please people, it's time to break free.  Remember the workout guru Susan Powter,  she used to yell  "Stop the Insanity!"  I am begging you folks,  "STOP THE STUPIDITY PLEASE!!!!!!!"  This has reached pandemic proportions.  People risk their lives, freedom, families, jobs, reputations and friendships for some really dumb stuff.  If you're blessed enough to be employed in this economy, DO YOUR JOB!!!  Don't complain, whine, lie, steal or wait on me with an attitude because I will write a letter of complaint.  Don't risk your marriage or relationship trying to impress other really stupid people.  Don't neglect your parental responsibilities trying to be popular and cool.  You're neither!  RAISE YOUR CHILDREN!!!  Teach them something other than how to continue the tradition of  STUPIDNESS!!!

Your life is a gift from God!  You are obligated to do all you can do with it to uplift humanity.  People died, marched, fought wars, endured torture and humiliation to ensure your rights and freedom.  Embracing stupidity and ignorance is an affront to these people and disrespectful to yourself.
