I don't even know where to begin with this one. It seems that there are so many stupid decisions being made by people that I can't cover them all. But you know I have to try. What in the world is going on today? Why are so many people who obviously don't know what they're doing in charge?
The woman that the Republican Party wants to be president is as dumb as dirt. Why is she so popular? She thought that she could see Russia from her window. This isn't funny, it's just pathetic. She has no desire to fade away and go back to her boring life outside the lower 48 and I really don't blame her for that. However, I do blame the American public for entertaining this moron's ideology. IGNORE HER PLEASE; STOP SHOWING UP FOR HER TEA PARTIES!!!!!!! She'll disappear from public life. Remember Dan Quayle?
It doesn't matter how badly a kid misbehaves, you can't spank them, yell at them or threaten them because someone will report you, probably the kid. A case will be opened against you and an investigation begun. You can be held liable for your child's actions including damages and child support. You can be sued for their decisions as you are expected to control and manage your children. Control them how? Spank them, hurt their feelings or threaten bodily harm, then you become the lawbreaker. WHAT THE HELL? I say give all the damn kids to the judge hearing the case, then get on with your life. As you exit the courtroom yell, "FREE AT LAST, FREE AT LAST, THANK GOD ALMIGHTY I'M FREE AT LAST!!!!!!"
Company policies that are frustrating for customers. I am your customer you ungrateful imbecile. Without me your business doesn't exist. Your idea of customer service is to create and enforce dumb policies that frustrate the customers, hire lazy people who can't or won't do their jobs, employ managers who are actually dumber than the staff they supervise and never have in stock what I need. OYE!!!!!!! I know at least a dozen smart hard working people who are looking for work. In this economy I'm sure there are better qualified people to hire. I BEG OF YOU, PLEASE FIND THEM!!!!! Instead of giving tests that will predict who will steal from you, how about testing to see if they have the skills needed to do the job.
PYRAMID SCHEMES Can you believe they are still around? If one more person has the opportunity of a lifetime they want to introduce me to, I swear I might behead them. If it is such a golden opportunity why are you still poor and more importantly why are you sharing it with me? I'll tell you why, because for this golden opportunity to pay off, you need to recruit me and everyone I know so you can be paid from what we sell. Does that about sum it up? YEAH AND IT'S STILL A PYRAMID SCHEME!!! You may be offering a different product but it's the same old game. Do me a favor and take your opportunity of a lifetime with you when you go. Allowing colleagues and co-workers to get away with behavior or policies that you know are detrimental to the public and shareholders is abhorrent. The current meltdown we are all living through is a consequence of such decisions. Many people in the financial industry were aware that questionable financial products were saturating the market. Most said and did nothing until it was too late and the meltdown had begun. It was only a matter of time. This is just common sense. You cannot saturate the market with bad products and expect it not to impact the economy. They knew, they just didn't care. MONEY IS NOT THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL, THE LOVE OF MONEY IS!!! Just ask Bernie Madoff..
You can't have it all unless you can afford it. If you're like most Americans and you have a median income that is in line with the national average, then you can't afford everything you want. Desiring something and affording it are not always mutually exclusive. It's insane to think you can afford a half million dollar home when you only make fifty thousand dollars. No one should be able to talk you into something so asinine. You can't drive a Rolls Royce, wear top designer clothes (at full price anyway), travel the world first class, wear the finest diamonds on earth, drink Crystal or whatever other dumb thing done trying to keep up with the Jones. Trust me, THE JONES ARE POORER THAN YOU ARE!!!! I just sold the house they couldn't afford.
There is no such thing as a free ride. Stop expecting free service. Some things you have to pay for. The old adage "You Get What You Pay For" is so true. There are people in this world who earn a living by providing you with a service. Do not demand their service and not expect to pay for it. Most things they offer, you can do for yourself with some legwork. However, if you do use their services then expect to pay for it. If you can't afford it, then don't use them. Stop trying to get over on people. Yes you are trying to get over!!!
Don't be a liar!!! Do what you say you will do and do it when you said you would. When you don't keep your word, it destroys your credibility (at least with me anyway). I will not take you seriously. If you promise to complete something in a certain time frame, I expect you to meet your deadline. If you can't, I expect you to tell me you can't as soon as you know. Be on time for your appointments. I know that sometimes things happen and you can't avoid being late, but some folks are habitually late. I do not take kindly to people wasting my time. It's arrogant when you feel it's okay to always be late. I don't appreciate people who think their time is more valuable than mine. It isn't. When you don't deliver what you promised, are always late, don't keep your word and make excuses all the time, you are a liar!!!!!
Learn how to speak!!! If you can't conduct a conversation without lacing it with profanity, bad grammar and inappropriate topics, then SHUT UP!!! Do whatever you have to do to help yourself. Try remedial classes, English classes, thesaurus button on your computer, whatever, anything and everything to improve yourself. I do not wish to engage in a conversation with an idiot. I am too pressed for time to slow down and take you through a grammar lesson. If you want to be successful, then learn how to speak properly.
Learn how to behave!!! If you are over 5 years of age, you should know how to behave as a civilized person. Your behavior is simply how you conduct yourself, interact with others or present yourself. If you don't like the way you are treated, perhaps you should engage in different behavior patterns. If you look and act like a thug, you will be treated as one. If you look and act like a hooker, you will be treated like one. If you look and act like a jackass, you will be treated as one. Don't behave in a disrespectful manner and expect respect. Being the constant center of attention is not your birthright so give the rest of us a break.
Learn how to dress and groom yourself. I'm tired of looking at your nasty ass because you won't pull up your pants. I'm tired of looking at your unkempt, ungroomed and ragged mess because you think it's okay to leave your house looking as if you're homeless. Take a shower, use deodorant, brush your teeth and comb your hair. Try getting a haircut sometimes, so you don't look like a runaway prisoner. Wear clothing that fit. Don't expose all of your assets. I don't want to see your stretch marks or the cellulite on your thighs and behind. Do Not Walk Into An Office Looking For Work and you look and speak like Mr. or Mrs. Ignoramus from Stupidville. You won't be considered for dog washing duty much less actual employment.

Out of Control Women
I recently posted a blog about out of control men and so I thought it only fair to tackle the subject of out of control women as well. I have always been a big fan of women because I am one and I know how awesome we can be. So this blog is not about the women who hold it down and do what they have to do to keep their lives and families going and together. This is about the women who really don't have it together and need to get it together.
If you are over 30 years of age and especially if you have children, stop acting like a teenager. You aren't. Teenagers are silly and their supposed to be silly, that's why we tolerate them. Don't be afraid to act your age, it encourages people around you to accept and treat you as an adult.
If you're lucky enough to have real friends who love you, appreciate them. Don't try to steal their man, talk about them behind their backs, be envious or jealous, discourage, insult, manipulate or use them. I would never tolerate such behavior from someone who is supposed to be my friend.
Please dress age appropriate. It is nothing sadder than a woman who is too old or out of shape for the look she is trying to carry. It's pathetic and people are laughing at you. No they are not hating on you. You look ridiculous.
Please, please, please stop cursing out your children in public. Why are you screaming, yelling and cursing out your kids in the street? If your kids were disciplined and well behaved at home, they would not embarrass you in public. You're the one who comes off out of control, not the kids.
Please stop challenging and wanting to curse out total strangers. I am sorry if your life sucks and you're unhappy, but I am not responsible for the bad choices you made that led you to a sucky life. I refuse to be the object of your rage. Yes it is rage! Men do not have the market cornered on rage, women are pretty good at it also. As I previously stated, rage has no place in human emotions. It is an ugly evil state of mind that you should never partake in. Besides you may encounter someone who actually has more rage than you. Then what?
Denial as a way of life. No you do not look like your daughter's sister, you look like her mother. No you do not look good in those too tight clothes. It looks like a fight is taking place between your gut and your behind. No your weave does not look like it grew from your head. It looks fake. No you do not look sexy in those high heels. You look like your feet hurt and you can barely make it down the street. No your man is not happy with you. He is waiting for death or Jesus, whichever happens first. OPEN YOUR EYES and see your life for what it really is. Only then can you begin the real changes that lead to fulfillment and happiness.
Stop supporting and taking care of men who won't work. If your man cannot get off his ass and do what he needs to do to feed and take care of his family, then he needs to go. Don't knock on my door with your sad stories about needing to borrow money. Sorry, but I don't loan money, especially to someone whose man won't work.
If you have a good man STOP EMASCULATING HIM!!! It's no wonder some men walk out and never return. You're impossible to live with, love, be around or enjoy. All you do is complain, nag, whine and bitch. Never happy, never satisfied and never appreciate anything. UGH!!!! I would leave too!!!!
If you want a man but can't find one ask yourself why! Men are everywhere. Why are you having such a difficult time? I have heard this one repeatedly, "It's not that there are no men out there, it's that there are no "good" men out there. BULL!!! Most of you are suffering from unrealistic expectations for what you have to offer. That's the real problem. (Yeah, I know I will get a lot of flack for this one, but it's true.) I'm tired of ordinary people with extraordinary expectations from a mate. Stop it PLEASE!!!!! Hey I have a better idea, why don't you work on becoming an extraordinary person. I promise it will be a journey in life that you will be happy you undertook.
Stop being promiscuous!!! No it is not sexual liberation, taking control of your needs, being in charge, running the show or whatever else you want to call it. You are easy!!! That's all!!! EASY!!!
If you're over 60 and think that gives you the right to say whatever comes to mind, THINK AGAIN! It doesn't. I don't care how long you've been on this earth, what you think you've learned and what you think you know, you are not entitled to say whatever you want anytime you want to whoever you want. You're a product of your environment. Your frame of reference comes from your personal experience. It does not give you an all access pass to all knowledge in the universe, just the parameters of your limited world. Unless someone asks for your opinions, keep them to yourselves.

Things We Tolerate That We Shouldn't
Child Molesters - They should all be skinned alive, tarred and feathered and hung at high noon. The planet can do without them.
Wild Shootouts - Eruptions of gunfire in urban populated areas should not be the norm. This should be stomped out by any means necessary. When a cop is shot, the area is saturated with police and every human in eyesight is either questioned, detained or arrested until the perpertrator is found. Why isn't the same diligence applied all the time?
Third World Customer Service - I bought the product locally. Why I am dealing with a customer service rep who I can't understand from another country? You want to talk about frustrating. Who thought up this one, whoever it is should be charged with treason.
Bad Drivers - People talk on the cell phones, text, put on makeup, eat and discipline their children all while driving. I don't want to die because you think you can multitask and drive. These people should be arrested and charged with stupidity in the 1st degree and sentenced to at least 1 year in prison.
Disrespectful Children - They should be stripped immediately of everything they have and placed in a crappy group home for 90 days so they can learn to appreciate what they had. The really hard cases should be put in basic training or boot camp for at least a year.
Lazy Managers/Bosses - They should be secretly videotaped doing and solving nothing. This tape should be played at the next company meeting so all can see the incompetence. Public humiliation and embarrassment should be the price to pay for laziness.
Haters - They should be rounded up and all placed on an isolated island where they can hate on each other until death claims them all.
Motivational Speakers - The only thing they motivate is your money to part from your pocket to purchase their products.
Frenemies - I don't know who came up with the term, but it's a good way to describe people you think are your friends who aren't. Friends should love you, protect you, understand you and help you. If your friends aren't doing these things, then shove them right out of your life via the nearest window. (Please make sure the window is on the ground floor)
Selfish Spouses/Lovers - If the person you're with does not love you, support you, makes you feel special, encourages you, has your best interest at heart and smiles at the sight of you, then it's time to make some changes. Whether it's you or them that should change is for you to figure out!

Out of Control Men
I was on the Brooklyn bound A train a couple of weeks ago and witnessed this young man spiral completely out of control. He was insulted because a young lady on the train didn't want to talk to him. She never said anything, she just moved away. This punk proceeded to curse her out beyond belief. He called her names, threatened her and insulted every woman on the train. All of this because someone didn't want to be bothered. Surely you've faced rejection before. Is this how you learned to handle it?
This is not about the men out there who behave as the gentlemen they are. This is about the men who are out of control. I reluctantly refer to them as men, but really they're not. On numerous occasions I have witnessed men spiral out of control at total strangers, as well as listen to people describe their random experiences with angry men. Many of these are stranger on stranger encounters. Why are men accosting strange women they don't know? Sometimes there is little to no verbal exchange, just a display of rage.
Rage is an emotion that is full of hate, anger and most of all darkness. It is not a place human beings should venture. It is a state of mind that is difficult if not impossible to manage. It cultivates bitterness, intolerance and is evil. It allows you to dismiss the other person as insignificant and it dehumanizes you. Life is full of rejection and disappointments, it comes with the territory. The lack of maturity and growth has allowed the manifestation of this emotion in their lives.
If you're interested in a particular woman and she isn't interested in you, move on. She wasn't meant to be in your life and you were not meant to be in hers. You do not have the right to follow her down the street yelling obscenities, threatening her, intimidating her or touching her. You should remember that you have women in your family, mothers, sisters, grandmothers, aunts, nieces and daughters. Every young lady you encounter has a family that cares about her and would not appreciate your behavior.
God help the men of this world to save each other because they're the only ones that can. If women could save men, the world would be different. Men have to pull each other's coattails and speak out against the abhorrent behavior. They must hold each other accountable for their actions. Role models are not what they used to be, but let's work with what we have.
Don't

Let the door slam in our faces.

Assume your conversation is what we've been waiting for in life. All women are not lonely and desperate for a man. Stop believing the media hype and getting your take on reality from rap videos.
Carry yourself like a thug and then be surprised that we don't want to be bothered.
Be unemployed, uneducated, broke, living at home with your mama, have kids all over the place, full of excuses and have no plans for your future and be surprised that smart women don't want to be bothered with your ass!
Do
Take responsibility for your life and the decisions you made that affected your life.
Take responsibility for your child(ren). You made them. You need to take care of them.
Respect others.
Educate yourself in every way possible to be a success.
Love the women in your life totally. They will be the ones to stand by you.
Leave the world better than you found it.
Positively influence the men in your life by example.
